Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! However, because all items are made to order specifically for you, we have a limited returns policy.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
- Defective, misprinted, or damaged items: We will happily offer a reprint or full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, your order number, and details. We’ll work with Printful to resolve it quickly (usually a reprint at no cost to you).
- Lost or non-delivered packages: Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll handle the claim with the carrier/Printful.
How to start a return/request: Email us at [your email] with the details above. Do not ship anything back without our approval and instructions.
Important notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (if a return is approved).
- Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within X business days after we receive and inspect the item (if applicable).
